to caculate closing stock we should follow below formula :
Opening Stock (Material 10
Add : Purchases (Material 80
Add : Gross Profit (Profit)in percentage% 12 (20% of Sales
Less : Sales (Or Material Comsumed) 60
: Closing Stock 42
