In Siebel after you Generate a Bill, how will you come to
know that whether a Bill is been sent to the customer or
not.

if we use 'EAI Write to File Method'we can easily come to
know whether the file has sent or not.
The path for file which we set is our system location (Eg:
C Drive) . so,if the file is created in the specified
location seems, it reached the user.

Hello, There is a Hierarchial Picklist when I choose India > Maharastra > Mumbai. this comes as a normal Hierarchial Picklist now my question is that when i choose Mumbai the Maharastra and India should come automatically is this possible in Siebel if yes can any one post with a good step by step procedure. thanks in advance
