Retail invoice- this is tax including invoice not mention
in invoice and tin no. also not mention in invoice. this
transaction between state to state.
Tax invoice- this is tax ex-cluding invoice and mention tin
no. of party. this tax charged to dealer and dealer paid to
dealer. and dealer pay tax in GOVT.
