Basically BPO interviews are all about telephony rounds.So
in order to crack it you should be relaxed,clam and have a
sense of confidence in you.While giving telepony rounds you
should be relaxed and dont feel hesitated.You should be
clear and have a soft texture of voice.Face to face
interviews are not difficult to crack but all things rely
on telephony.
