Head hunting is one of the methods of recruitment, which is
majorly used to recruit people for top level management. In
this recruiter first map the target industry and certain
target companies from where recruiter would like to pick
the right candidate.
Head hunting is not done through portals,it's just
that we can take some refrences and refferals from the
candidates who are there on portal and then we work on
those refrences.Other ways r also there like through
different social networking sites.
Here chances are very large that a prospective
candidate may not be looking for a change bt here comes
the major role of a recruiter that in which manner he/she
conviences the candidate and ultimately takes his yes to
appear for an interview.
