bY KEEPING FREQUENCY CONSTANT, THIER IS ONLY ONE WAY TO
INCREASE OR DECRASE THE SPEED...SUPPOSE WE HAVE f=50Hz and
N=9000...thean no pole equlas to P=120*f/N...but we got
answer is 0.66pole which is not possible...so i think we
have to incraese freq to get speed high...up to 9000...
