myself pooja and i hve applied for f1 student visa for US
on 12 august 2010 for johnson & wales universityand my
college reporting date is 30 august 2010. now again i am
goin to apply for student visa bt now with new york
institute of technology.is this question be raised and if
yes, then wat should be the answer. plz reply me
satisfactory answer ans as soon as possible because my
interview is on 24 august 2010.

WELL I READ YOUR QUERY BUT I WAS WONDERing IF YOU FORGOT
TO MENTION THAT YOUR FIRST VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED OR
THEY GRANTED YOU A VISA. ANYWAYS IF THEY HAVE REJECTED YOUR
VISA THEN ITS OKAY WITH THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN
APPLYING FOR NY INSTITUTE VISA IS BECAUSE THE 1:20 BY NY
INSTITUTE WAS SENT TO YOU LATE AND SO YOU HAD GIVEN UP HOPE
ON GETTING ADMISSION IN THAT INSTITUTE BUT WHEN YOU APPLIED
FOR JOHNSON AND WALES UNIVERSITY IN JUST NEXT FEW DAYS

what is the entry of demand draft receive from client.
i have got thru cornell univ for phd with full schol and stipend. i wanted to know wat kind of questions do they ask ? i mean do they really grill you. wat kind of questions are phd students normally asked ?
I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....
Why don't you study this subject(masters in international finance)in Your country or in other country?

I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

hey..... i'm applying for spring. I have planned to do Bachelor in hospitality and tourism management.. the colleges that i;m applying does not require sat... bt i have already taken the date for sat on 8th October..... i'm not hoping to get good scores ...... if i'll get low scores, does it will affect the visa..... i have keen interest to do the mentioned major and i have also done "flair bartending" course which is unique and is a part of the major... plz give me suggestions.....

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
