HRM as you said its human resource management and abt PR,
even HRM is also called Human relations management.about
the relation. definetly there is a difference. In HRM it
invoves with recuitments, Finance, and many depts,and PR is
also an part of that dept.However, PR resembles to the
employee relations which could be escalating the employee
issues to concerned dept.not only that even taking the
responsibility of events in the company. You can even do
the projects on it.
