IN SOME CASE, WHEN I GIVE 24VOLTS DC AS INPUT, WHILE IN
OUTPUT (THAT MEANS TERMINAL SIDE OF THE INSRUMENTS) I,M
RECEIVING ONLY 6 VOLTS, WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THAT MUCH
VOLTAGE DROP?

If it is the output ,the instrument could be either a
potentiometer or a dc/dc converter.
