from parties who is liable as per income tax SUCH AS PAYMENT
OF CONTRACT & SUB-CONTRACT @ OF 2% AND LEGAL N PROFESSIONAL
SERVICE @ OF 10% ETC. the meanig of tds is TAX DEDUCTION AT
