Network tools involved in troubleshooting for big company
infrastructure are MRTG,Cacti, Cisco Works, HP openview.In
which MRTG will guide you for the router utilization
(bandwidth , memory , link utilization ).Cacti will help
you in troubleshooting switch problems (bandwidth ,
memory , link utilization ).HP openview will help you on
alerts related with T1, E1, E3, DS3 etc.
