In olden days reinforcing bars in concrete are not got
rusted even till now. But recently provided steel getting
rusted in concrete.
what are the probable reasons?

the reason is that 2 much of water is used in mixing of
concrete so tht for better workmenship!!!so more moisture
conent!!!!nd the other reason may be the chemical used in
cement@
