Turndown ratio basically indicates the range over which a
transmitter will work accurately. For example, if a
transmitter can be calibrated to measure 0 to 1 bar, 0 to 2
bar, 0-20 bar etc. to maximum 0 to 50 bar, then you can say
that the transmitter has a turndown ratio of 50:1.

Regarding , there is an air cooler which control the fans(50% of AV FANS) by temperature in outlet , and the louver of Air cooler is controlled by HIC from control system , So if on Air cooler we will consider 2 individual I/P converter or positioner?
