why and when we use fibre optic ? how one can decide to use
any type of cable specially fiber optic cable ?

if we talk about the Isdn in which we use different types
of media but due to advancement of technology , it demands
greater speed . so,fibre cable replaced older media in
which we get the speed 400 times better than older ones .
