Being the Human resource management how will you formulate an effective HRP Process
In any consulting firm, the time devoted doesn't matter. all that matters is the productivity. What kind of HR and leave policy will you formulate to ensure discipline and time line working along with the increased productivity?

Hii I pased my MBA HR through corespondance and I did my BSC (com sci) right now I am not in my country and I don't know any thing about HR because I passed my MBA just for passing now can any one tell me what should I do to get a job ?
