1. First study the requirements from SRS.
2. Understand the application
3. Creation of test cases
4. Review of the testcases against requirements.
5. Execution of testcases
6. Logging the bugs in the tracker and reporting to the
developer.
7. Test Closure.
8. Releasing.

Hi Friends, I have completed 3 rounds of an Interview with HR discussion also and got Offer letter from Cognizant, but after in 30 min they send one more email like Offer is on Hold, and its not valid...
