there r so many test tracking tools in the market.
different companys using different tracking tools.
the tracking tool can be use for sending the bugs to
developers and reveiving comments from developers(simply
intraction between developers and testers reg. to issues)
some of the test tracking tools are:
bugzilla,
JIRA,
ontime,
gemini,
issue tracker,
bug tracker,
EXCEL sheet,
some companys using word also for reporting purpose
e.t.c......
