cost centres and cost catogory provides you varous means to allocate the amount of voucher of selected accounts,in your own way.
Normally cost centres are used to allocate revenue accounts.for eg:paid salary to Libin( an employee) in Sale Dept.Here we can create the name of the employee as centre & name of the Dept.as catogory.By doing so we can easly identify the cost of varous depts.seperately.
