Push 1st button On - 1st lamp should On
Then Push 1st button Off - 1st Lamp Should remain on
Push 2nd button On - 1st lamp should Off and 2nd lamp should On
Then Push 2nd button Off - 2nd Lamp Should remain on.

In first rung use NO contact of Pushbutton 1 and latch it
with 1st lamp NO contact.Then use NC contact of 2nd button
and in output side use 1st lamp.In second rung use NO
contact of 2nd button latched with NO contact of 2nd lamp
and in output side use 2nd lamp.

[Here the cyclic repetition is eliminated, until their loads become normal(40%)] [Take logic high(1) for load at 60% and logic low(0) for load at 40%] Now draw a flow chart or a ladder diagram to fulfill the above condition.
