A coworker continually gossips about others. How would you
handle it?

its very pathetic to know that questions based on
gossipying are forming a part of yr company's interview.
i dont take gossyping seriously, becoz gosspying is done by
loosers. however, if it is totally intolerable, in my case
first i would make a friendly request to the concerned in
private to stop gossiping about me. if it fails to work, i
would make a stern warning to the person in public.
