This comes into Picture at the time when Writing Test
Plan / Project Plan.
This is done by Team Lead / Project Manager.
It Contains :
No of Resources for each and every task.
Now,it is decided in this way. I want 24
resources for my project.there would be 1 senior Project
manager , 2 project mangers , 1 tech arch , 2 team leads.4
developers will be working on Visual Basic ( out of that ,
2 will be writing FSD , other 2 will be part of analysing
the functionalities ).8 will be working on Java( knowhow of
JSP and latest from Eclipse / Hibernate / etc ....out of
that 7 will be doing programming, other one will be part of
writing FSD in Java / analysis ). 6 would be from QA team
doing manual / automated testing
