•Product management, including ordering, receiving, price
changes, handling damaged products, and returns.
•Team Development, facilitating staff learning and
development.
•Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances.
•Responsible for day to day operations.
•Strengthening the internal audit system, organizing half
yearly internal audit & co-operating yearly external audit.
•Procurement of stores both stock as well as work charged
materials.
•Monitor administrative and establishment matters of the
division.
•Give guidance to all the subordinates and office staffs.
•Any other work given by SE / Senior Officers.
•Prompt information to Purchase about wrong supply and
damage parts received & arrange for returning.
•Preparation of GRN according invoice, Inspection & inform
to concern dept. regarding material received.
•Disposal of unserviceable and scrap items.
•Responsible for entire store operations in the absence of
the manger.
•Take care about Store safety issues.
