Priya wrote in her 2nd step A/C bal is <5000 it is active
but it is inactive.
Raju wrote in her 2nd scenario A/C bal =5000 it is inactive.
I think here account is active.
Ashish wrote A/c balance = 5001, a/c becomes inactive. But
it should be active.
