DC IS MOST DANGEROUS BCOZ OF ITS CONSTAN MAGNITUDE< AS AC
MAGNITUDE BECOMES ZERO ALSO. BUT IN DC IT NEVER HAPPENS.
SO DC ABOVE 50v is dangerous
