bank having a load of 20 Amps and charging time required to
fully charge this battery bank?

As battery rating given as 400AH, means 20A*20H or 2A*200H
or 40A* 10H like that u can multiply in any proportion
based on the hours.
As the load is given as 20 amps,so it gives battery back
up of 20 hours,which means 20*20=400AH and battery charging
depends on the battery depth and its efficiency to
charge.........
