1. He/She must & should understand the employees ( Empathy)
and their roles 7 Responsabilities, Behavior/attitude etc.,
2. (Proactive) he/she must be thinking in two ways +ve & -
ve.Then only he choose right decision in an strategic(long
term)way.
3. Mingle with emp' in a certain limits.
