A call centre is a customer communication channel created
by various industries to help improve the customer
experience. The channel is centralised to provide a one
stop shop service where all/most customer enquiries can be
effectively handled without the need to physically visit a
branch or service area. The business hours are usually
flexible and customised to ensure optimum convenience.
