'contra' means opposite. 'flexure' means bending. The
physical meaning is 'Contra flexure is a point where the
hogging of the beam changes to sagging or vice versa'. Also
the point where the bending moment changes its sign, i.e.
where bending becomes zero while changing from positive to
negative or negative to positive value.
