WITH EFFECT FROM 01.04.2010 IF THE CONTRACTOR IS A
COMPANY/TRUST/FIRM THEN THE RATE OF TDS WILL BE 2% & IF THE
CONTRACTOR IS NON-COMPANY i.e AN INDUVIDUAL OR A HUF THEN
THE RATE WILL BE 1% (IF THE CONTRACTOR QUOTES HIS PAN NO.ON
THE BILL) & IF THE CONTRACTOR DOES NOT QUOTES HIS PAN NO.ON
THE BILL THE TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED DIRECTLY @20%
