is traceability matrix prepared by jr tester or sr tester
or test lead?
Answer Posted / brahma
hi nan,
how can we trace any misssing test cases?
the matrix consists of the columns like
1)requirement ID
2)requirement description
3)test case ID
4)test case description
5)bug ID
by using these fields we know , which bug belongs to which
test case id,which test case id belongs to which req id
.......so an so .
so we can easily identify which one belongs to which req if
we get any confusion or questioned by any one.then we can go
through one by one like bug ID,test case description, test
case ID,requirement description,requirement ID .
but how can we trace any misssing test cases?
could u plz explain clearly.
