where did u gather requirements? what is user acceptance

Hi,
Tester won't gather requriment, tester get Business
Requirment document (BRD) from client those were reviewed
and sig-off from by design team. User accepance tetsing is
performed by business user or there is sepaerte UAT team
who checks all the requirment are conforming business
functionality. It consist of overall business flows, look
and feel of the application
