What is the difference between Alpha and Beta Testing?

Alpha Testing is done by developers in developers
Environment with presence of client. Incase you have found
any defects we can rectify immediately.
Beta Testing is done at customer's environment. It is real
testing. If u found any defects immediate rectification is
not possible.
