What is meant by resource allocation?(asked in interview
for test lead)?

Answer Posted / shabana

Should we limit our assumption about Resource as just
manpower.

1.Resources could also be hardware required (We mention
about that in our test plan isn't it)
2.I truly concur to what my peers have mentioned here that
it means allocation an amount of work to a resource.

Is This Answer Correct ?    1 Yes 2 No
