what is the proportion of m20 grde concrete? also how much
water is required for this proportions? As there were any
formula for water-quantity?

Proportion for M20 grade concrete is 1:1.5:3 , water to be
added is as per water cement ratio 0.54 i.e
0.54 X 50kg of cement wt = 27lit.
