you can convince the VO by saying why you got low marks due
to any unavoidable circumstances or illness or travels.
and the situation of that you are unable to perform well in
that particular subject, and always tell the truth of the
actual scenario. and how you overcame with that by getting
pass marks in the next semesters. And state that in your
next level of studies you have great intention to perform
well in your academics.

I WAS NOT ABLE TO PRESENT PASSBOOKS 1ST TIME I FORGOT TO TAKE THEM ,MY BANK STATEMENTS WERE ASLO HAND WRITTEN BY BANK OFFICERS ON THEIR LETTERHEAD WITH SEAL AND SIGN WHICH SHE DID'NT ACCEPTED,I MENTIONED MY FATHERS(DOCTOR) SALARY 6LACS PER ANNUM ,INTERVIEWER SAID THAT SHE IS NOT CONVINCED THAT I AM HAVING SUFFICIENT FUNDS, SO VISA WAS REFUSED.I HAVE AGAIN TAKEN DATE FOR F1 VISA BUT MOST OF OUR LIQUID MONEY IS IN FORM OF FDRS AND PROPERTY SO WE DONT HAVE MUCH AMOUNT MENTIONED IN PASSBOOKS,HOW SHOULD I SHOW HER THAT I AM HAVING LOTS OF MONEY FROM FATHERS SALARY,PRIVATE PRACTICE AND LANDED PROPERTY.THIS TIME IF SHE WILL ASK AGAIN ABOUT MY PASSBOOK WHAT SHOLD I DO?SECONDLY I HAVE GOT LOAN SANCTIONED AND LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM UNIVERSITY HOW SHOULD I LET HER KNOW ABOUT ALL THIS?

Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .."
