I am having 2 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had
cleared within time with an agg. of 71%.If Vo asks the no.
of backlogs...can it affect on the visa.....pl guide
me...my interview date is near....also I've heard not to
lie to Vo as marksheets can reveal everything...m very
nervous...pl help me..

Don’t be afraid, but you are absolutely true, that do not lie.
Yes you can tell that you had two backlogs and if they ask
why, explain them why you were not able to perform well in
that particular examination and convince with the exact
points of why you got fails. And you can tell with great
determination I got pass in the next respected semesters.
Students must demonstrate that there full attention is
towards the studies.

my interview is on 30th july and i have not yet recieved my toefl score report so can i use printed copy of score report which is shown in my toefl account?

Are immigrant parents (got green card just 6 months before) going to have negative impact in getting F1 visa when all other things are very good? (good undergrad result, test scores, very high ranked university I-20 with TA, strong financial strength in home country..)
hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

what if my sponsor is other than what is mentioned in my I- 20.during application process,i have given a bank statement stating that my mother is sponsoring me now my uncle is going to sponsor my education in USA.so pls tell me the solution to this answer?
Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help
