Suppose in SNMP managed Network, Network card of one machine
fails then how Management Devices comes to know about this
machine and suppose in other case machine gets shutdown then
how it will be recoginised.

Two question asked are
1. N/w card fialure
2. Agent Shutdown
In the above two cases Traps are not sent. Manager gets to
know if he gets a timeout for the snmp request sent to the
device.
