Just take a metal sheet with more than 5mm thickness, make
marking from where the sheet is to be folded, heat the area
by using gas cutter and bend at the marked area to 90
degree, you will get braket.
or
Mark the area by punch, cut it by gas cutter, finish it by
grinder and finally make a weld by taking required shape.
