Working capital is the capital which is required to carry
out dat to day operation of the enterprise. It is
calculated using the formula

WC= Current Assets - Current Liabilities

Total of Current Asset represent Gross Working capital.
Composition and quality of asset influence the working
capital requirement of a company.
