How selfish you people are. what happens when a person gets
a job with fake experience when he is capable of doing the
work. I don't know what is the loss to the real experience
people. Why you will feel bad when a person gets a job with
fake experience if you are really experienced. Many fake
exp.persons got the job and they doing a great job now. That
means they are equally talented or may be more talented than
the real experienced people. If a person equally or more
talented than you who suffered without a job and income for
years gets the job then whats the reason behind you feel
bad. Either you must be selfish or you must have been
suffering with ego problem.
There is nothing wrong in getting the job with fake
experience. Remember that 'rules are meant for people but
people are not meant for rules', exceptions can be made.
Most of the top rated companies are showing fake numbers in
available candidates to get the projects from their clients,
sometimes they are claiming 2 years experienced persons as 4
years experienced, 4 years as 6 years....
while companies which are earning lakhs and cores of rupees
can do this type of things, why can't a person who is not
getting the job even though he has talent in him can do this.
Coming to ethics, what do you people think? what happens if
they take a fake candidate if he is capable of doing his
work. Is it better to make exceptions in companies rules? or
is it better to fire the person even though he is capable
and spoil his life. Which one seems more ethical for you?
Again I'm saying remember that "Rules are meant for us, we
are not meant for rules"
All the best for the people who are trying with fake
experience. Be confident. Don't worry about the comments of
the discouraging people. They are suffering with ego problem.
