call center is the place where numbers of people working in
a single evironment with seperate cabins, its mainly to
satisfy the customer by solving ther quires quick and short.
call center is of two types:
inbound:where the customer care executive receive calls
from the customer regarding the problem he got ,some time
to enquire about the product.
outbound: where the call made towards the customer to
explain our product what we have for the customers, its
like tele marketing.
