Goodwill is the intangible of the company. It is s faith for
the company. After doing a long tmie business in market
companies are achiving Goodwill.eg.Goodwill of
acompany,Goodwill of a place,or caan say if you do right
job at right time, that is a goodwill for you.

Copyright--Means right of the copy. That means You have
purchased or registered a right to your things. With a same
logo two bussiness can't be run.Ex-"LADDU OF TIRUPATHI".No
body can prepare same "LADDU"as it is preparing
at"TIRUPATHI".Because "TTD" have Purchased the copyright of
the "LADDU".
