In a transmission line the current in the conductor does not
pass through the core of the conductor(not more)& passes
through the outer layer of the conductor.due to this the
surrounding air get ionize making hissing sound

am commissioning the trafo without connecting the neutral therefore unbalance will occur what is the alternative solution for this?
