well, in my point of view my strength is my confidence n my
honesty....because every work which i do whether it is tough
or easy i do it confidently in my own way and i always
believe in speaking truth n being honest to everyone.....as
well as i feel comfortable wherever i am...so these r my
strengths....
n talking about my weakness....my weakness
is....i can't be rude to anyone whether there is my enemy
shouting at me....n i just can't c people in bad
situation...i have to help them anyhow...so these r my
weakness....

Hi ... I have done my Engg in 2007. Basically i am interested in Hotel Management Field. So as per my interest i started a restaurant in 2008 of my own and have been managing till now. My restaurant is running successfuly. Now , i just wanna step in to the proffessional hotel management field.Is there any way for me to get in to this field with my restaurants exp.
