CERTAIN PERIOD IN THE MEAN WHILE THE COMPANY HAS TO PAY THE
INTEREST TO THE DEBENTURE HOLDER.THE COMPANY WILL ARAISES
THE CAPITAL OF SHORT-TERM PURPOSE.
