since you already have H1 in ur hand..apply for new jobs
highlighting that you have valid H1..there are lot of
companies looking for people with valid H1..they will
recruit you, transfer the H1 to their company and will send
u onsite...

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
