ESI mean Employees state insurance it can be used for your
medical treatment .
This facility is available only to the employee who is
drawing salary at 10000/- Rupees. if gross salary is more
then 10000/- he is not eligible for ESI.
Rate used is
Employees contribution 1.75%
Employers contribution 4.75%
Challan used is combined challan number 1,2,10,21&22
