The definition given by Rajesh is correct but the
relationship between the two is that to remove the problem
of "Pesticide Paradox" we have to keep reviewing and
modifying the regression test cases so that we would be
able to keep finding new bugs and hance improve the quality
of software.

Scenario A year ago we developed a standards compliant website for a client. Their site is very popular resulting in the client wanting to be able to track how it is being used by their users.
