DOCUMENT OF LOAN TAKEN OR NOT....?
Answer Posted / alkesh
here employee can not claim for deduction u/s 80c for his
tax benefit as 80C available if n only if investment made
for himself, spouse, or children...
here second applicant is not important for tax benefit...
it is important only for discharging of liability in case
1st one makes default...
so in conclusion employee can not take the benefit of
deduction with base of loan document...the benefit can take
by his brother...
