Sales tax is related to products solds in a state Govts as
well as Central Govts levids where as Service tax is a tax
where any service related transaction are occured.It may be
professional or non professional every thing.

I had got a work contract with other AP state government. can i purchase material in AP state on 2% CST on issuing 'C' form and supply the same material to the AP state government on VAT /CST 5%.
